The Liquidity Watchlist has one new addition based on our proprietary algorithm. The new addition is Taboola, which replaces Outbrain. Both the companies are in the content discovery space. Outbrain was rumored to have filed an S1 under the JOBS ACT. But this was in late-2004. Given the delay, the company's ranking fell below Taboola's.
