you provided with China. As you will see we have increased the previously
agreed upon grant by 3x as a token of my appreciation for the recent
referral you provided. When you speak with John and hear his solution
strategy for Buba Jobakar you will understand the increased grant.

I am in DC on May 20th for an FDA meeting, provided that meeting goes as
planned we will begin our exit process via Capstone Partners in Boston.
Capstone has assigned a beginning enterprise valuation of $7.70 per share
and we expect to significantly exceed that number in an managed auction
process.
