Colleagues,Our meeting will take place at 9 AM in our new office space at 3 East Read Street Baltimore 21210. I have posted the agenda and Kimberly if you could put the minutes in the DropBox under Board Meetings, 2-7-15, that would be great. We will have three or four other documents in that folder for everyone to look at by tomorrow at 5 pm. Please take some time tomorrow night or Friday to review these contracts and documents so that we may pass the consent agenda quickly and move on to other items.Some pertinent notes:- We have received the $25,000 loan from Building Hope and are using that for various pre-construction expenses and consultants- Sam Polakoff is deferring his initial payment for the lease signing until later- Let me know if you have questions or concerns about the consent agenda
We hope to finish early and have a formal interview with Juma Crawford at 11:30. Bring your questions!
To enter 3 East Street:Go to the rear of the building by accessing N. Lovegrove St. Parking in the rear. You know you are in the right place and the right entrance with the black awning labeled "Feats."
