Dear 11th Grade Parents,


It was great to see so many of you at Cactus Cantina for the11th grade
parent gathering yesterday evening. The event definitely brightened up an
otherwise pretty dreary Sunday!


So far donations to the Prom Raffle have been very sparse. So we would like
to encourage everyone to donate to the Prom raffle fund. Making a monetary
donation of any amount is the easiest way to contribute, although in-kind
donations are also welcome. The Prom organizers will be using the proceeds
from donations to purchase fun raffle prizes to be given away to prom
attendees. All attendees are eligible to win raffle prizes and the more
donations, the more prizes can be given away. Below is a note from the
Prom Committee and you can also see the attached letter.


Thank you for helping to make the Prom a great evening for the kids.

Prom Raffle Donations Needed!

The Prom Committee is soliciting contributions for raffle prizes to be given
out at the Prom after-party. Donations can be monetary or in-kind. For ease
and convenience, the Committee has created a PayPal account to make monetary
donations just for the prom raffle. Please use the following link to make a

learn more about how to support this effort or to make an in-kind donation,
