STARTUP HEALTH'S SHOWCASE
SeventySix Capital's portfolio company StartUp Health, held their quarterly Healthcare
Transformer showcase in conjunction with the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference in
San Francisco, CA on January 13, 2015.
StartUp Health is for entrepreneurs who are transforming healthcare, it is a global,
long-term coaching program and trusted peer network focused on increasing the equity
value of its startups.
Co-founders Steven Krein and Unity Stoakes kicked off the showcase with an overview
of the latest trends in the healthcare industry.
Following the kickoff, Krein interviewed Rafael Torres, Head of Healthcare at GE
Ventures.
The Showcase culminated with 55 StartUp Health Companies being introduced by representatives
from GE Ventures, Kaiser Permanente, AngelList, AARP and California HealthCare Foundation
prior, to giving their 59-Second Pitch to the audience which included healthcare
experts, companies and investors.

SeventySix Capital's portfolio company CareCam Health Systems, a vHealth(TM) technology
firm announced a strategic collaboration with the Independence Blue Cross Center
for Health Care Innovation. CareCam Health Systems offers a chronic care management
software platform designed to promote patient adherence to prescribed therapy and
seamless coordinated care.

As part of the collaboration, Independence Blue Cross invested in CareCam Health
Systems and they will work together on the development of several programs intended
to improve the care of people with chronic health conditions.

"Today, half of all American adults have at least one chronic disease, and this
is only going to get worse as the population ages," said CareCam Health's CEO Hal
F. Rosenbluth. "CareCam Health Systems is well positioned to offer a new level of
patient engagement that has yet to be realized in today's health care environment.
We are excited to bring Independence Blue Cross on board as a strategic partner
to help us provide health care consumers, health plans, and physicians with new
tools to improve health outcomes and reduce medical costs."

This is Kimmel's second investment with Rosenbluth. His first investment was in
Rosenbluth's company, Take Care Health Systems, which ran in-store healthcare clinics
and was successfully acquired by Walgreens.

briefing featuring Ned Holland, Assistant Secretary for Administration at the U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The event was held at the offices of Allan Domb Real Estate in Philadelphia, PA
on November 25, 2014.
Assistant Secretary Holland has the responsibility for the leadership and management
of approximately 3,800 Federal employees and contractors, operating 12 separate
budgets totaling almost $1.4B that provides extensive services throughout HHS.
Top healthcare leaders from the Philadelphia region were in attendance. They had
the opportunity to give advice and ask questions about the Administration's healthcare
policies.
Attendees included executives from: Einstein Healthcare Network, Children's Hospital
of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson Health System, University
