<p><span>Your
child is registered to attend the 2015 East Ed Middle School Diversity
Leadership Conference on Monday, January 26th at Sandy Spring Friends
School. The theme of this year’s conference is “Stereotyping”. The
conference runs from 9-2:30. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BOARD OUR BUS AT
CAMPUS SERVICES STARTING AT 7:45AM FOR A PROMPT DEPARTURE AT 8:00AM.
Please set your alarms and have your child drop their belongings in the
MS and head up to Campus Services (security – next to the garage) by
7:45. We will return to school by 3:30. We plan to take a bus to the
conference at Sandy Spring Friends School, 16923 Norwood Road, Sandy
Springs, MD 20860. </span></p>

<p><span>Middle
School Teachers will be notified about the conference; students will be
excused from classes on 1/26 but will need to make arrangements with
their teachers to complete any missed class work. </span></p>

Porter, Michelle Parker, Badia Albanna, Tim Reagan, Rick Honn and Nan
Pickens and will accompany participants to the conference. Please feel

Julia Porter by Friday. We are very excited that your child has chosen

In the event that transportation is not in a School vehicle or in a
private vehicle operated by School personnel (as noted above), I

travel in a private vehicle (as set forth in the General Information

transit, taxi, train, plane, or bus and (2) that the School’s liability
for any mishap is explicitly limited by the terms of that same section
of the Handbook for Parents and Students. Rules of conduct. The rules of
