Eric,

In terms of Hunter's trip to China I would say one immediate thing is if
there are any large firms, typically the state owned construction
companies, that they know who we should try to meet when we go to China.
These groups generally bring funding from China Exim to fund the African
government on a project to be done by the China state owned construction
firm. For example this is what we are doing with CACC (China Airport
Construction Corppration) and what we do with Samsung with Kexim money.
They work with us to put the deal together in Africa.

The other thing is investment in specific projects for the Chinese funds
and investors. But we are preparing more what to present. We are actually
working on putting together a business plan to present to the main China
funds (CIC, China Africa Fund, etc). Our partner on the ground in China
who we work on CACC deal is pretty connected there and has been taking with
these groups about being the LPs for a fund investing in Africa that also
invests in projects where there is a contracting or supply role for Chinese
firms. Depending on how my meetings go in March I think this could be
something where it could be valuable to have Hunter in a board role, etc
given his reputation there. We will have some good people involved in this
if it moves forward. Also, your contacts to other investors there could be
helpful. But I do not think this is at the stage yet where there is
something specific for Hunter to present, we need to finish b-plan next few
weeks and see how the March meetings with China state owned funds goes.
