I mentioned to Hunter earlier as well that we are in talks to potentially
sign up an engagement to represent the Latvian telecom company that is
being partially privatized (as I understand it 49% is private already, govt
is selling remaining 51%). There needs to be some internally swapping of
equity for it to work but this could be another interesting deal if it
falls into place. Will keep you posted.
