On this snowy day, I am writing with a request for you to

long-time friend of mine at Justice, specifically the civil forfeiture branch
for over 30 years, has applied for the Chief position and has asked for my
support. I can attest through real work that we did together resulting in
taking away millions of dollars from Taliban warlords, he is well qualified.


He needs more than my words.
He needs support from Senator Coons of the Judiciary Committee. He is available
to meet with staff and discuss his platform and qualifications. He knows the
Civil Forfeiture world, is ideal to sell the benefits, and an ideal advocate
for such a program.
