Guys, After looking through the preliminary information regarding number of documents/pages in the data room, it seems that a rough budget will be approximately $800k. Included in that approximate number is the following: $400k data room access payment; $100k for 10 translators for 30 full days; $250k for Mexican and American attys to review the data room documents, form corporate entities and draft structure documents, draft confidentiality documents and data review procedures, be on site for any legal issues that may (WILL) arise during the doc review, provide communication with the Ministry of Energy and Pemex (along with Miguel) and generally give us cover throughout the process; $50k in travel, lodging. I think the estimate is on the high end, but I would rather do that than have to go back for more funds part-way through the review. I believe the true budget to be between 650-700k, but I built in the excess because it IS MEXICO and you never know what we are going to encounter along the way.
