Dear Hunter,

Thank you for your email. Here are the details:

You and Naomi are arriving on June 1 at 11:10 at Nice airport:

As Joan kindly informed me, SS is arranging transfer for the two of you to
the Metropole hotel (4 Avenue de la Madone, 98000 Monaco, France), where
we've booked you from June 1 till June 4. Naomi has a room adjacent to
yours, as requested.

Nikolay and I would love to meet you and a friend of yours. I think the
best time for that would be on June 1, once you've arrived and checked in,
since it would be more of a free day, due to the Forum on June 2, BoD
Meeting and the Electric marathon finish on June 3 with Prince Albert. Or
else, we could meet for breakfast on June 2 at the Metropole.

On June 2, we would need you to be at the venue - Yacht Club De Monaco (Quai
Louis II, 98000 Monaco) from 2 pm till 2.45 for registration and
introductory details.

The Forum starts at 3pm with an opening speech from Prince Albert II of
Monaco.

3.10 pm - Nikolay will present a symbolic memorable gift to Prince Albert.

3.15 - speech by Joschka Fischer for 20-25 minutes.

Afterwards, we proceed with the main part of the Forum - panel discussion
moderated by David Eades incl. a Q&A part with the audience.I am hoping you
and David manged to catch up and he briefed you about it.

The panel discussion could last for an hour/an hour and a half. After that,
President Kwasniewski will have a closing speech for 15 minutes or so. It
will end the conference part of the event.

The, we'll proceed with the book presentation part (on the famous
Cox-Kwasniewski mission to Ukraine) with the author and a few remarks from
President Kwasniewski: we will set up a specifically designated area in the
ballroom of the Yacht Club with the book signing session.

Afterwards, everyone will be invited to join the reception opened by the
world's leading opera tenor Jonas Kaufmann and his pianist Stellario
Fagone. I am hoping Naomi will enjoy the Forum and the performance of Mr
Kaufmann!

On June 3, in the first part of the day from approx 9:30/10 till
11:30/12:00 we're a having the BoD Meeting in the Mediterranean room of the
Metropole hotel. After that, a car will take us all to the square next to
the Prince Palace of Monaco for the finish of the Electric Marathon hosted
by Prince Albert and Nikolay. As you know, Burisma is the key partner of
this initiative. In the evening, we are planning to have a joint dinner
upon Nikolay's invitation.

On June 4 at 10:25 you and Naomi have a flight back:

*04 June 2016 - Nice (NCE) - Paris (CDG): 10.25 - 12.00 (AF7701)/transfer
1hr45 min/ Paris (CDG) - Washington (IAD): 13.45 - 16.15 (AF0054). *

As I am told, the transfer is arranged by the SS.

Also, please, find attached a draft BoD meeting agenda and tickets for you
and Naomi again, just in case.

Looking forward to seeing you two soon!

Best,

Vadym
