EMAIL DETAILS

Kathleen,

We don't allow kids to sign up for portions of the session. I thought I had
made that clear to Ms. Dodge when we spoke on the phone. We have a waiting
list to join the class and have been turning players away from joining.

Since we currently have a waiting list, we will be able to fill the spots
for the girls, now that I know they aren't able to continue. Therefore, we
will not charge you for the remaining balance due. Please let us know if
they would like to take privates here with Logan and I will do my best to
get them scheduled.

Best,

Elliott

Elliott,

I signed Finnegan up for the clinic at the end of October. I understood
that the amount would be adjusted for her late start. Maisy went to two
classes to see if the level of play made sense. It didn't make sense for
Maisy. We decided not to continue the clinic after the new year for
Finnegan. Finn felt private lessons would be more helpful and the location
and time of the classes also conflicted with school's PE. Finnegan also
made less than a dozen classes.

I've cc'ed Hunter and his assistant Katie to see if I am missing something.
I've also cc'ed Logan as an FYI. He is Finn's Sidwell coach and told her
about the program.

Sincerely,

Kathleen

Mrs. Biden,

Is there a time to connect to settle the 2nd installment payment for Maisy
and Finnegan's tennis program? I emailed Mrs. Dodge a few weeks back about
the December payment, but I didn't hear back.

The Dec 1 payment due is $1935.33 (total for both kids). The final
installment payment is due on Feb 1-- it might be easier to take care of
that at the same time to avoid the extra two $7 per transaction fees.

To take care of both kids payments for the remainder of the session, the
amount due is $3856.66

If there is a time to connect with you, please let me know.

Best,

Elliott

Hi Elliott,

The non-member pricing is good. Thank you though for the information. So
3 payments of $1935.33? What is the payment schedule for the remaining 2
payments?

Thanks.

Katie,

With the additional child, the family would save about $200.00 if they were
members. That is including the cost of club membership. All of our tennis
classes and lessons are 20% discounted for members ($4645 member/ or $5806
non member).

Do you want me to call you back for non-member payment, or have the club
manager call to set up a membership. If the kids had someone drive them,
they would be welcome to use the club's facilities.

Please let me know.

Best,

Elliott
