Sunday, September 18th from 2pm-6pm
We invite you to explore breath as a healing and transformational opportunity.
In the Potential of Breath Workshop, the history of breathwork will illuminate Breathwork's
place in the great spiritual and yogic traditions. In the exploration of healthy
breath we will look into the physical workings of the breath and learn practices
to optimize expansive breathing. We will then learn the elements of Integrative
Breathing, a powerful form of breathing that opens us to non-ordinary states of
consciousness that fosters rapid physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual healing
and transformation. Participants will then engage in a guided breathwork session
facilitated and supported by an experienced team of breathwork practitioners. Following
the breathwork session, we will have the opportunity to share thoughts, feelings
and questions arising from our experience together.

Sweat Lodge Ceremony [http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=001obgGmYawtnA8KiBe_RjMlBugrgKBJL8oscz5xV1G2GDfZpZRhpS9DYoKtfk4Fmy_YZl5pjhX1nx0wRxG4qY1Jc4OrJV8FlsiiTSmLT0aHgy-pOsR4hxvh_7NHSMu6YujYkSI09ubkwk5bNnl7bRoaplSvbG2BmR3nTCQCXndXYNA2d22gz8dlNFIVZ6b4yKCtQKKpC5lrCaszjVblIugZlvu-4ugzxjb&c=nGCHriNGYu-KCHurGJZNNWujcoJ2uV_pBc9Xt25enTg3y-QHIPSvVw==&ch=DhQJMTdvA2BbPJrT3zYOB_4Y7-bIyrpWWc2YHaK_SLDC2NJcCq9DJQ==]

Saturday, September 24th beginning at 10am
Everyone is welcome and everyone can participate.
The beginning of the ceremony is building the fire, covering the lodge and preparing
the site. Bring ample water to drink or a water bottle that you can refill here,
a light snack, a towel and suitable clothes for the lodge. We happily welcome guests
who are new to sweat lodges as well as those who have attended many times before.
Bring your intentions, prayers, songs, heart, body, mind & spirit for a morning
immersed in nature and magic.
If you are able, donations of cantaloupe-sized rocks like granite, basalt or limestone
are always appreciated. We ask donations of $20 for the sweats and if you can give
more, the non-profit community will certainly put those funds to great use. Most
of the donations collected at our sweats have gone directly back into maintaining
and improving these ceremonies and the structure of the lodge itself. Many thanks
to all of you who have worked and participated to keep these ceremonies alive and
vibrant here for so many years. We honor you and all of our ancestors.
