If you experience any issues after installation, you may try the following:

Android GPS:

1) Please go into "Settings" from the home screen on the phone. Then click on "Applications." Once you click on applications, click on "Application management."

2) Click on the Golflogix Application. When in the Golflogix application click the buttons labeled "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache" (if your buttons are grayed-out or show a value of 0%, they have been cleared already).

3) After you have cleared your cache and data, power cycle the phone by removing the battery if possible. Otherwise, if not, please power down your phone and reboot normally.

4) Go into "Settings" from the home screen on the phone, and then "Location" or "Location & Security".

5) Make sure "Use GPS Satellites" or "Standalone GPS" is checked, and "Use Wireless Networks" is UNCHECKED. Alternately, you may have an item called "Google Services" located in your settings menu. If so, uncheck "Google Services" from the menu,and any other options other than "Use GPS Satellites" or "Standalone GPS." If other options are checked, they may be trying to calculate yardages, and are conflicting with one another.

Application Install:

1) Please go to the "Google Play" store on your phone. When Google Play store is open, click on the magnifying glass button.

2) After clicking on the magnifying glass type GOLFLOGIX in the search field, and click on the Golflogix application when the icon appears.

3) Once you have clicked on the icon, you will get an option to "Install," click the install button. After the application has installed you will receive a notice advising you that the application has installed successfully, and can be accessed from your phone's home screen by clicking on the Golflogix icon.
