Dear Kathleen and Hunter, I hope you had a nice summer. We would like to continue to support Maisy and so she will be on the feedback system for at least the first quarter. Every other week advisors, teachers and coaches will participate in an e-mail loop and share updates on Maisy’s recent behavior and academic performance as well as any upcoming projects, quizzes, tests and games. I will meet with her regularly to review the feedback, develop strategies and discuss next steps. On the alternate weeks each teacher will send an interim progress report home to keep you apprised of Maisy’s progress. Feedback began with the internal loop this week.
