EMAIL DETAILS

Hi Robert,

So sorry about that! Our App for our DC location is not active yet, so we are so sorry for the confusion. Until our App is up and running, you can use our texting feature where you text the locker number you placed your order in to (202) 335-7098.

I’ve went ahead and created an account for you. Your username and password are:

Username: rhbdc@icloud.com <mailto:rhbdc@icloud.com>
Password: pressbox (all lower case)

If you could, please text the box number to the phone number I listed above and we will cancel the incorrect claim.

We apologize for the confusion, and let us know if you need any help!

Vanessa Benn
