Dear Board of Directors,
As you probably now have seen, the President just announced that OMB Director Mick Mulvaney will become the Acting White House Chief of Staff. As one colleague said, “Look on the bright side, Mulvaney may be too busy dealing with the circus to have time to focus on the 150 account and other related budget issues.” Oh, let us hope!
Of greater concern is that Russ Vought, the current deputy, is going to replace Mulvaney at OMB. Unfortunately, Vought makes Mulvaney look like a friend of the USGLC.
So pour yourself a glass of something – I know I am! Next year is going to be one wild ride.
