Good morning new DC-area DCOs (and star recruiter), I hope you are all progressing nicely through your accession paperwork. We are having the annual CHINFO party on Friday afternoon, and wanted to invite you to attend. It may be a little overwhelming, but could also be a good place to meet a bunch of Navy PAOs (and other folks we work with) all at one time, in a casual environment. Dress is described as 'festive,' but generally since it's a work day afternoon, people arrive in business attire.
