I am honored to invite you to the second Jordan – U.S. Business Forum, which will be held on8-10 March 2013 in Amman, Jordan.

Building on the success of the first Jordan – U.S. Business Forum held last May, high level participants in this year’s forum will focus on providing an opportunity for cross-regional exchange for better growth and collaboration between business leaders in both Jordan and the US, and on providing an in-depth understanding on the impact of the ‘Arab Spring’ on business opportunities in the region. Now is the time for American companies to explore options and seize opportunity alongside trusted friends and partners like Jordan, a regional home base for U.S. companies for many years.

This event will bring together key private and public sector leaders from both countries to promote and advance mutually-beneficial business opportunities in Jordan and the region. The first forum witnessed the signing of 11 agreements by a broad range of businesses. We anticipate even further success at this session and look forward to it.

As a provider of world class talent and skilled professionals supported by a state of the art telecom and IT infrastructure and logistics capabilities, Jordan is well positioned as a regional hub for industry, services, and back and front office operations. The country is centrally located to provide access for U.S. businesses into different markets across the broader Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and into neighboring countries.
