Hunter--I understand and I am sorry that the Fisker has not worked out as we
expected. We can certainly trade the Fisker in for a BMW 7 series. All I need
to get started is information about the type of BMW 7 series you would like:
* new or used
* two or three acceptable exterior colors
* standard or long wheel base
* lease or purchase
* Regular engine, larger engine or the hybrid
* Regular or All wheel drive
* anything else that you want to make sure the car has (navi and bluetooth are
standard)
If you give me a few of the most important items, I can then work up some
options for you to trade the Fisker. Again, I am sorry this did not work out as
we had hoped it would be we will make sure we get the right BMW.

Jim-

Hope all is well. I wanted to touch base with you about the Fisker. I am
traveling right now, but my Brother just dropped the car off with you because I
wanted to trade it in for a different car. I know you have tried to fix the
long list of problems I have had with it but every time one problem gets fixed
it seems like another pops up and some of the problems that seem to be fixed are
only fixed temporarily. While you have been very responsive I guess my patience
has just worn thin.

I want to trade the Fisker in for a BMW 7 Series. Unfortunately, my travel
schedule between now and the holidays is pretty crazy and I'd like to see if we
could get this done as soon as possible. So perhaps you can work with Eric
(cc:ed here) if I am hard to reach.
