Dear Roberta and family,

I hope all is going well. Listed below are the colleges Roberta has logged as of December 4. As a reminder, all colleges with January 1 - January 15 deadlines should have been written in the log book by December 3. If this list differs from what you and your child have discussed, please have Kelly stop by to have a conversation with the college counseling office.

To help ensure a sense of balance, the college counseling office meets as a team to review each student’s college list. We have made notes about Roberta’s list based on Naviance data and trends we have noticed at different schools, with the intention of helping students maximize their potential college options.

Students may make in-person changes to their college list until Friday, December 21 by 12 noon. Once winter break begins, students may email their counselor with small changes based on early application results no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 28, please note prior to this point counselors, will be periodically checking email and after the 28th deadline; college counseling will not be responding to email until school reopens on Monday January 7, 2019.

In addition, December 19 is the last day for counselors to review student application essays due in the month of January.

Lastly, the registrar will automatically forward mid-year transcripts to Roberta’s colleges by Friday, February 2.
