with Gibril Bangura, Allan Dolan, Bruce Evans, Peter McNab and a host of

licenses in Liberia and four approved exploration licences in Sierra Leone*.

Communications PCS Ltd is a registered Sierra Leone corporation with its

technology neutral license in Sierra Leone. The company launched a
state-of-the-art ISP that provides its users with an advanced internet
presence, capable of being accessed by a high quality WiMAX and CDMA
national access network. I was the lead consultant for GreenNet ( LAP Green
telecom) during its acquisition phase for its telecom licenses in Sierra
Leone and Guinea. That experience gave me the opportunity to interact with
various regulatory bodies in the sub-region.
