Hi guys,


I am giving you all a heads up as the unbiased biased facilitator. Please
review these documents prior to the meeting on the train tomorrow, tonight
if you can. So you can be stellar participants tomorrow. (I am sticking
gold stars on foreheads, gently and not so gently).


(Chris, Rob took a look at some of this tonight, but I am not sending on to
him just yet - FYI).


The "Meeting Presentation" is the outline for what we want to cover in the
meeting.


The "Participant Input" is the consolidation of input from the team as well
as hand written submission, which I think is great - shows scrappiness to
get the job done. Please review both documents and think about how you will
build and contrast off these initial thoughts with the intent of getting a
shared statement on each of these components by 3pm tomorrow.


I think only Devon is joining me and the team at Credit Suisse in the
morning. The IPS asked to see a client and prop. trading floor and we
delivered, that's really all the tour is about. Curt will be there for all
of it, Thad will be there for part of it.
