Dear Tenants,

Please note that next week is INTERIOR and EXTERIOR window washing time. The 4th and 5th floors will be cleaned on Monday, August 28th. All tenants, please move your furniture at least 3 feet away from your windows to allow the window cleaners ample space to do their job. The cleaners will be escorted by security. Please, let me know if there is a specific time on Monday that you do not want to be disturbed so that we may do our best to accommodate your needs.

The glass elevator will be out of service for a portion of the day on Wednesday, August 30th for cleaning of the elevator shaft. During this time, please use the stairwells or the freight elevator to access/depart your offices. As always, we apologize in advance if this causes any inconvenience for you.
