Do you think we should share the document Marc prepared with the Vide team?
(document attached)


I think we should share with Thad/Michael so they can be prepared for the
3:15pm meeting on the 5th - a smaller more focused discussion with Marc
regarding entity structure.


Let me know what you think. If we agree to send it, I'd like to get it out
sooner rather than later so they have sufficient time to read.
