[3]Coffey to Add $1 Million to His AG Race Contribution

Sean Coffey, one of five Democratic candidates for attorney general, said
yesterday he would pump an additional $1 million of his own money into his
campaign. (See his announcement.) That will be in addition to the $2.15
million he already has contributed. He has raised nearly $4.5 million since
October. Added to the $2.9 million on hand he reported last week to the
state Board of Elections, the latest $1 million donation will enable Mr.
Coffey to nearly even the playing field with Nassau County District Attorney
Kathleen Rice, who reported $4.1 million last week.

slight fundraising edge in the Oklahoma governor's race, but Republican U.S.
Rep. Mary Fallin has worked to close the gap in recent months, according to
quarterly campaign reports filed with the Oklahoma Ethics Commission.
