Hunter, Two days ago I emailed Marc to see if he could send me the exact criteria for setting up an ERISA only FOFs. This will determine our response to Mike and Chuck. I never heard back from Marc. I have a meeting in NY on July 22nd with Neil, Devon, and Chris and wanted to have the information by then. Can you please email Marc and see if he can get back to me by Monday.
