I was going to call CAF with this information (not mentioning who gave it to
me) unless you disagree. My guess is that the Board won't vote on this at
the July meeting based on what Joe said. Sounds like it might be the next
meeting or I guess the Board could approve it via conference call if the

FYI, talked to Joe McHugh. He said the new procurement decision will be
sooner rather than later although they are still working through the
financing issue. He expects that they will brief the Board on this at
their next meeting at the end of July as there are three new members and
they want to bring them up to speed, but he said they have all the
information they need and this shouldn't get dragged out much longer.
