Immediately, the Emergency Water Network that we are proposing for DE falls
directly into this strategy - "improves health outcomes". In all of our
discussions to date we have always stated that the fleet of Aqua units would
not only be the backbone of potable water supplies in public health
emergencies and disasters in the US, but these units could easily be
deployed from DE to outside CONUS ie. Haiti, Ban, Asian Tsunami.
