Hey Hunter, See attached for company names, with a twist added to Hudson West, so hopefully at least one of these names are still available, and then we won't feel like we need to move away from "Hudson West" name and search for new words in order to fulfill the corp. registration no name redundancy requirement. Additionally, i come up with a very cool and profound translation for the "Hudson West" name in Chinese ;p Hope this will be convincing too. Added "Capital" "Investment Corp" "Capital Partners" “Investment Group" "Capital Group" type of words after Hudson West, hopefully one of them are not yet used so we could register. And more importantly, it is functional, to tell people what we we do. Investment / Capital including trading, investment, management, etc. enough for us to do a lot I think. And it gives a very obvious hint for companies who are seeking funding. Echoing back to your earlier idea of incorporating part of the Chairman's name or express the esprit de corp of the partnership...how about add "CEFC" at front of Hudson West? It definitely rhymes well, sounds good, and make it very obvious to the counterparty about who we are, with both American and Chinese perspectives. By adding CEFC to Hudson West, at least one practical problem it solves, is we won't be worry about other people already took our name with "Hudson West" :D How about "CEFC Hudson West Investment Corporation"? The only caveat is that I don't know whether CEFC has any sort of corporate branding rules/restrictions based on China's rules. "Investment Corporation" sounds "worldly" by Chinese standard. For example, China's sovereign wealth fund is called "China Investment Corporation" (CIC), etc. I don't think this would be an issue if we use "investment corporation" because a lot of other old fashioned U. S. / Europe based asset managers have used "investco" "Investment Corp" as well. Besides, adding "Capital" "Asset Management" "Capital Group" "Capital Partners" to the end of "CEFC Hudson West" all sound good. ”CEFC Hudson West“ Chinese name sounds very cool and profound, promise. and I also explained the connotation from classic Chinese literature and the I-chi (see attached) :=8
