Dear Investor,

As you will see in the attached letter, NIFE has completed a transaction
with a strategic investor. We believe through this partnership Citizens
will continue to grow in a significant way.

Money will start to move this afternoon or Tuesday. If you are receiving
your money via ACH or wire, it should hit your account next week. Checks
will be overnighted next week as well.

Please consult with your personal tax advisor as there will be future taxes
due on the repayment of debt. Also, due to restrictive covenants with the
lenders, the company will make quarterly tax distributions however we do
not anticipate income distributions until after the 2018 audit.

This is really an exciting time for Eudora/Citizens. Our new partners are
very interested in advancing Citizens to the next level. And once again,
we truly appreciate all of your support over the years. It is a pleasure
