Hi Hunter,

It was great to see you yesterday for lunch. I really enjoyed the conversation
and I appreciate your renting out the restaurant for me....


Two things:

a) When it comes to Brian Mathis, I'm always a little careful about what he
says. If he is speaking to sovereign wealth funds (without you being present)
and tells them he is associated with you, he may significantly affect your
ability to access these funds for other, larger, more important projects.
Equally, please remember that there are a LOT of good ideas out there and so
Brian's may not be one you need to engage with. But if you want to send me the
proposal, I'd be happy to look it over and give you my two cents.

b) I mean what I said -- I think there's a tremendous opportunity to raise a lot
of money from international sources (SWFs and others) in the next 12-36 months
for investment opportunities. So let's keep talking.
