Dear Chairman Gao,

Thank you again for taking the time to see me during my last trip to
China. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and appreciated your
insights. I was pleased to hear that members of your staff were able
to travel to China a few weeks ago and visit Jim Gordon and Edgewater.
I know from Mr. Gordon's perspective it was an informative meeting.
I wanted to make sure your staff received all the information they
were looking for during their visit and to see if there is any more
information that Mr. Gordon can provide to CIC.

Thank you again for your hospitality. I look forward to continuing
our relationship and I hope that I can repay your hospitality next
time you are in the United States.
