Dear Friends,
This is a friendly reminder that the deadline for DC health forms has now passed.  If you are receiving this email it is because the School has yet to receive health forms for your child(ren).  These forms will need to be received prior to the first day of school (September 7th) or they will not be allowed to attend classes.  The necessary forms have been attached.
