Thousands Walk the World

Driven by a shared aspiration to end child hunger, 150,000 people took to the streets in 70 countries last month for the annual Walk the World initiative.

Thanks to the participation of our corporate partners, led by TNT, Unilever and DSM \u2013 and their employees \u2013 we raised enough money to feed more than 10,000 schoolchildren for a year!

Second Annual Corporate Stakeholder Dialogue

Last month, representatives from Cargill, DSM NA, Earth Water International, Kraft Foods, Paypal, PepsiCo Foundation, Sealed Air Corporation, Unilever and the United Nations Foundation gathered at the U.N. headquarters in New York City for a corporate stakeholder dialogue with WFP staff.

The attendees discussed WFP initiatives and programs and shared ideas about how the private sector can help end global hunger.
