Figured you wouldn't mind a little office update if it is positive....

1) Had a good meeting/call at IPS yesterday. Just Curt, me, Neil and Rob
with cameos from Chris and Thad. Feel like we are finally getting closer to
an understanding on both sides of what exactly the IPS technology/database
can and can't do well. Should have a good analysis of this by our next
meeting/call on the 31st.
2) Also had our first "pipeline/business development" call yesterday. Went
really well. Everyone felt included and everyone called in (Devon, Chris,
Alex, Arlene, Rob, etc.....) and I think it spurred people to think about BD
more. For example, Chris suggested a hedge fund client for Arlene to follow
up with.
3) Think we are making progress with Steve and Paul.......
4) Had a good, long call with LoPresti on a number of matters Snowflake, FOF
and Paradigm (nothing bad - just let him update me on things which I know he
likes). I feel like I have a good way forward on the FOF and a good
understanding of what we need to do to get it done. Think we'll schedule a
meeting later in the month when we are all back to make sure everyone is on
the same page.
