注册工作已经全部完成。为了使公司的各项工作尽快进入常态化，公司决定于2014年2
月18日在上海举行第一届董事会第一次会议，敬请各位出席。具体的会议时间和地点将

With your consistent support the preparation and fundraising for the
proposed opportunities fund are moving forward in good order. Among others,
the incorporation of the RMB fund manager has been completed. In order for
the manager to commence operation, it is scheduled that the initial board
meeting session will held on February 18, 2014 in Shanghai. We look forward
to your presence and will inform you of the time and locality for the
meeting by email after the Chinese new year holiday(January 31-February 6).
