I have a client, Mobile Accord, that has a product called GeoPoll, that I think you will find very interesting. GeoPoll has been a very effective tool for NGOs to do Monitoring and Evaluation via mobile phones with a particular focus on Africa. Mobile Accord's Chairman, James Eberhard and his colleague, Matthieu Sauvage-Mar are in Kenya this week and I told them that you would be a great person to meet with while they are there. I have copied Matthieu on this email and perhaps the two of you can coordinate a time to meet if you are available.
