Good afternoon, all.

WFP USA's board retreat is a mere two weeks away. Here are a few details to keep in mind as you make your travel plans.

The meeting will be held offsite at the Airlie Center on February 18th (6:30 pm reception and dinner) though the 19th (8:00 am-5:00 pm).

* Airlie Center is located near Warrenton, Virginia, 50 miles southwest of Washington, DC. Airlie is approximately 45 minutes from Dulles International Airport (IAD), and one hour from Reagan National Airport (DCA).

* WFP USA will cover sleeping rooms costs for board meeting attendees and your name has already been placed on the room block list. Check in at Airlie Center is available after 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

* We will meet at 6:30 in the Airlie Dining Room for cocktails and dinner on Tuesday evening.

* On Wednesday the 19th, we plan to begin the meeting at 8:00 am conclude by 5:00 p.m. Given the notoriously unpredictable DC/No VA traffic, please allow an hour for travel from the conference center to IAD or DCA if you are flying out that evening. Should you elect to stay another evening, please let me know and I'll be happy to make the request.

* Dress for the meetings is business casual.

* Board materials will be distributed on Monday, February 10th.
