<p>First off, thanks so much for getting involved. Now that you've got two years' access to Headspace, you can start on the full Headspace Journey. Woo hoo! Learn to focus your mind and let a little calm into your life with Take 10, 15 and 20. Then move through the more advanced courses; Discovery, Mind, Creativity, Heart, Happiness and more!</p>

<h1>So what now?</h1>
<p>Accessing your Headspace couldn't be easier. Log in as usual to your Headspace account at <a href="http://www.getsomeheadspace.com/?utm_source=trigger&utm_medium=email&utm_content=2yrwelcome&utm_campaign=sub">www.getsomeheadspace.com</a> and behold the 10 unique programmes, now available in the box underneath the audio player. What's more, your Headspace Motivate, Headspace Active and Headspace Extra will collect exciting bits and pieces to help you along the way. </p>
<p>You can also access your Headspace account wherever you are on your mobile through the free <a href="http://www.getsomeheadspace.com/shop/headspace-meditation-app.aspx?utm_source=trigger&utm_medium=email&utm_content=2yrwelcome&utm_campaign=sub">Headspace-On-The-Go app</a> for iPhone and Android! If you have already been using the app for Take10 you will need to ensure that you are logged in to continue your journey. You can do this by going to: More>Settings>Log in.</p>
<h1>Help 'n' stuff</h1>
