Dear All,

Devon, I will be in New York since 29th Jan to the 4th Feb in New York. I would like to meet you to discuss the recent progress and next steps. On top of that I would like to take this opportunity to promote our joint venture. So please can you arrange some people for me to meet there? The purpose is of course to test the market with a view to forming our fund raising strategy correctly.

Hunter, I will be in DC for one day on the 29th Jan.I will meet an old friend in the morning of 29th so I can pay a short visit to you in your office in the afternoon if you are available.
