** This is the LAST weekend to register for the
National Capital 5K Run/WALK for Hydrocephalus!

** Online registration will close on Thursday, September 18th at 3PM. Registration for the 5K Run/WALK will be available at both Packet Pick Up locations. Online registration will close on Thursday,

** Packet Pick up will be held on:

** Friday, September 19th from 5:30-8PM at the Hydrocephalus Association's Office Tower (4340 East West Highway, Bethesda, MD 20814). This will be a Drive-Thru PPU where you can find the HA staff near the courtyard/fountain area and you can simply drive up & pick up your bags without getting out of your car!

** Saturday, September 20th from 11AM-4PM at Road Runner Sports (1120 W Broad St Falls Church, VA 22046). For each bag grabbed here, Road Runner Sports will donate a percentage to the Hydrocephalus Association.

** Sunday, September 21st from 6:30-7:30AM at the 5K Run/WALK Check-In Tent (927 Ohio Drive SW, Washington, DC 20024)

** Don’t forget to keep recruiting your team members and collecting your donations for your personal fundraising goal! GREAT prizes (from the Newseum, Washington Nationals, 98.7 WMZQ, and Walgreens just to name a few) will be awarded to the Top Fundraising Participant, Top Fundraising Team, and the Team with Most Members.* Also, there will be a raffle drawing for anyone turning in donations the day of the 5K Run/WALK.

** *Totals will be calculated on the evening of Saturday, September 20th.

** And remember that after our 5K Run/WALK and Team Recognition & Awards Ceremony, we’ll be gathering as a community near the Family Teams Tent to chat and to connect, so be sure to bring your picnic blankets & chairs.
