>> Michael Sacks suggested I reach out to you regarding an investment fund of ours, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP). As you may be aware RSTP is a growth equity technology fund and some of our partners met with Brandon Park on your team a few months back. We haven’t heard back from Brandon regarding any follow up from that meeting and I am sure he, like you, have been swamped the last few months. But I didn’t want to leave any room for miscommunication and also don’t want to interfere with your due diligence process.
>>
>> As an update, since the first meeting with Brandon, Neuberger Berman has committed $15 million directly into our fund, and Goldman Sachs has now co-invested $48 million with us bringing the total raised from all investors so far to $74 million. We also have some potential co-invest opportunities that might be appropriate for Grosvenor as well.
>>
>> If there is no interest on Grosvenor’s part in moving forward that is perfectly fine. I thought it would at least make sense to check in with you and make sure as I know sometimes wires get crossed. I know there may be other opportunities down the line with RSTP or other things if this isn’t the right fit right now.

>> Let me know your thoughts and I appreciate your assistance.
