All I am delighted to advise that effective immediately Simon Bessant has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel to Cayova Limited with overall authority for Cayova (Ireland) Limited and Cayova (US) Inc. He has also joined the Board as an executive director and Company Secretary. Please advise all staff and consultants accordingly.
