Hi all,

We had a rough match yesterday against Holton Arms. The girls fought hard and competed well, but the experience on the other side of the net was a bit too much for us. We have a young team that is eager to learn and get better, but it will take some time. Two very bright spots yesterday, our incoming freshman Alexandra Zhang continues to shine, with an emphatic 10-2 victory at #2 singles against a very strong player. Alexandra is now 5-0 for the year and getting stronger with each match. The other bright spot is your support. We had a lot of parents out there cheering for the girls (actually more than Holton Arms and they were at home!).
Thanks again to Monica Langley for the delicious and healthy snacks and sports drinks.

Please come out this Friday for another key match vs Flint Hill.
Best,
