ALL legal steps for adoption have been completed in Colombia and the Mulroy
family can return to the U.S. once a visa is issued.

Tracy Mulroy (mother) and Kyle Mulroy (father) - both disabled with
Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bone disease and other complications.
Tracy (has been in Colombia for 5+ weeks) suffers from multiple serious
health issues including asthma which she is currently treating with oxygen
due to complications from Bogota’s altitude.

Tracy also uses a wheelchair exclusively -unable to walk at all. Colombia
very inaccessible.

Mulroys hope to secure visa today so that they can travel to the US tomorrow
(Sep 17).
