1. Sponsors info:
* Guest name collection - ongoing (ticket pick-up will be done by individual names, not companies)
* Schedule of events - Theatre doors open 5:30, VIP champagne reception 5:45, 7:00 curtain, 9:15pm Supper (Photo op for 10K up sponsors at approx. 9:45pm) - No longer using the inside of Poste for reception - too expensive and we don't need it- we MUST keep the VIP photo op reception to just those that need to be in the room. Kevin will be available for candids during the evening.
