Yesterday, on the 41st anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision, House
Majority Leader Eric Cantor announced that the House will,
yet again, hold another symbolic vote cementing their
opposition to full health care choices for women.

Anyone surprised? Wasting taxpayer money on grandstanding
has been a time honored tradition of the House GOP, and
that's why it's up to you to fight back.

the House, and end the GOP hostility toward
women that makes policies like Cantor's

Here's an idea: Instead of wasting time and money, the
Republican controlled House could vote to reform our broken
immigration system, or expand economic opportunity by
raising the minimum wage, or get to work on any bill that
would support Americans who need Congress to start working
for them right now.

At this point, they've made it pretty damn clear that they
intend to do none of these things, which is exactly why we
have elections. And just in case we haven't been clear
about this, we have an opportunity to take back the
House in 2014. We only need to win 17 more seats to do it.
