Thank you very much for taking the time to meet earlier this week, and for your gracious hospitality. It was great to see you.

Pursuant to our conversation, attached please find several bullet points which briefly describe the ValueInsuredsm home equity protection program. As mentioned, we are hopeful that this unique coverage can be "bundled" and/or "imbedded" with residential mortgages (much like Lender Paid Mortgage Insurance is currently handled), and that those loans will then be acceptable for purchase by the GSE's pursuant to their prevailing Guidelines.

We look forward to the possibility of meeting with the folks at Boise Schiller, if you think that this is something where they can help to gain the GSE's acceptance of these loans.
