Dear Kathleen And Hunter,

Of all the things I have done over the years, the one I am most proud of is being a dad.

Beau's birthday is today. And let me tell you, folks -- a father couldn't ask for a better son. Beau serves his country, and the people of Delaware, with the same devotion he gives his family and friends.

I know Beau appreciates all the work you folks do for his campaign. And I know he'd like to hear from you. So I've put together a card for Beau, and I want you to sign it with me.

Add your name to Beau's birthday card.

Look, I don't need to spell out for you all the great work Beau has done for Delaware. On gun safety, children's issues, and getting a little restitution for Delaware families hit hard by the Great Recession -- Beau's the guy on the front line.

I know Beau loves his work. And as much as he appreciates my support, I know yours means a lot to him too.

So take just a few seconds today to join me in wishing Beau a Happy Birthday. Sign the card.

Thanks for helping me give my son something special today.

Joe Biden
